Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

When We Do Refund

We will happily issue a full refund if:

You were charged more than once for the same order
You did not receive your download link and we are unable to deliver it
The file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot provide a working replacement

How to Request

Contact us within 7 days of purchase through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond to all requests within 48 hours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Still waiting on a download link? Check your spam and promotions folders first — that resolves it most of the time. If it is still missing, email customizedwala@gmail.com with your order number.
